February 1st date is for rate change purpose only. Registrations are accepted at any time until camp reaches capacity.

Payment Policy

  • All applications must include a $1000.00 deposit per session.
  • An additional of $1500.00 per session is due by February 1st.
  • Applications revcieved after February 1st must include $2500.00 per session.
  • Final balance is due by May 1st (both sessions).
  • A late payment fee will be assessed each month on overdue tuition at a rate of 1.5% on the unpaid balance.

Refund Policy

  1. Full refund (less $150) if written cancellation is received up to 90 days prior to the start of the session by March 15th (Session I) or April 18th (Session II).
  2. Half refund (less $150) if written cancellation is received up to 45 days prior to the start of the session April 28th (Session I) or June 2nd (Session II).
  3. No refund for cancellations after April 28th (Session I) or June 2nd (Session II).
  4. There will be no refund in the event of a camper's late arrival, early departure, or dismissal.

Camper Transportation

The camper's sponsor is responsible for arranging travel to camp. Camp can provide transportation for campers flying to or from the Duluth airport for a travel fee of $30 each way ($60 round trip). Unaccompanied minor fees and baggage fees are additional and must be paid in advance through the airline.
